Cleaner Mavolyn & VPN

1. Local device work

Archive navigation, reclaim planning, document rendering and signal review use information already on the device. Mavolyn does not upload file paths, document material, installed-app lists, review signals or cleanup selections. Local material remains subject to your Android storage and backup settings.

2. Optional VPN handling

Private Passage creates an on-device WireGuard identity after your consent. Its public key and assigned address remain on the Singapore node so reconnection is possible, and Delete VPN profile removes that record and the local identity. An active VPN must process source IP, queries, destinations and packets to forward them. Persistent browsing, DNS, content, connection-time and user bandwidth logging is disabled.

3. Permission boundaries

The archive, reader, reclaim and local-signal functions use All files access; Guard uses installed-app visibility. Choosing an APK can open Android's package installer but cannot silently approve it. The VPN permission creates the TUN interface only after a prominent explanation.

4. Infrastructure providers

BitLaunch supplies the isolated VPN virtual server and network infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the registered domain, authoritative DNS and privacy-site delivery. These providers may process limited operational network data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. They are not authorized to use app information for advertising. The Publisher does not sell personal information.

5. Retention, deletion and protection

Device-side information follows your own file actions, Android settings and app-data lifecycle. The VPN public-key record lasts until in-app profile deletion; the service has no retained browsing history for the Publisher to erase. Provisioning uses HTTPS, WireGuard protects tunnel transport and administrative access is restricted. No security measure can offer an absolute guarantee.

7. Children, transfers and revisions

The app is not directed to children under 13. The VPN endpoint is in Singapore; infrastructure providers may process operational data in other jurisdictions. A materially changed practice will result in an updated effective date and any additional notice or consent required by law.
